Starting a group
Tap Create group, give it a name, budget and dates, then share the invite link in WhatsApp, Teams or any chat. People can join from the link. When everyone has joined, set any exclusions and tap Draw. Groups of up to 10 people are free.
How the draw stays secret
The draw happens on our servers, not on anyone's phone. Each person can see only who they are buying for. The organiser cannot see the pairings, who set which dare, or anyone's guesses. If the exclusions you set would make the pairings easy to work out, the app asks you to loosen them before drawing.
Dares and passing
Dares are meant to be fun. Never do anything unsafe, illegal or that you are not comfortable with. Every player has Pass tokens to skip a dare with no penalty, and nobody else is told you passed.
Reporting and blocking
To report a dare, photo or player, press and hold it and choose Report. You can block a player from their profile. Reports come to us and we act on them, usually within 24 hours. For anything urgent, email support@prasel.co.uk.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. This deletes your account and your personal data straight away, apart from anything we must keep for legal reasons, which is described in our privacy policy.
If you can't use the app, email support@prasel.co.uk from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
Purchases and refunds
Any purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds are handled by them under their own rules. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: request a refund.
