Who we are
The app is provided by Prasel Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 10417798, registered office 2 Kates Close, Prestwood, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, HP16 0PS, England. Contact us at support@prasel.co.uk.
Using the app
- You must be 13 or over to create an account.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
The game
We keep the draw secret: no one, including the organiser, can see who is buying for whom. Other players may still work it out from clues, dares and conversation. That is the game.
Dares are for fun. Never do anything that is unsafe, illegal, involves someone who hasn't agreed to it, or that you are not comfortable with. Use a Pass instead; passing carries no penalty. You are responsible for how you take part.
Your content
You own the photos, text and dares you post. You give us permission to store them and show them to your group so the game works, and to include them in reels only where you have agreed. You can delete your content or your account at any time.
Content rules
Do not post or send anything that:
- is illegal, or encourages anything illegal or dangerous;
- is sexual, hateful, violent, threatening or harassing;
- bullies, humiliates or targets anyone;
- shows anyone who hasn't agreed to appear, or shows a child without a parent's or guardian's permission;
- shares someone else's private information;
- infringes someone else's rights, such as copyright.
Anyone can report content or block a player. We check reports, usually within 24 hours, and may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Purchases
Some features need a paid pass or item, bought through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A group pass applies to one group for one season. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes and availability
The app is seasonal and we may change, pause or end features. If we make important changes to these terms, we will tell you in the app first. If you don't agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the app with reasonable care and skill, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for what players post or do, or for gifts exchanged between players. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
